A squirrel named Dart is chasing after the biggest acorn in the woods. But is he missing something even bigger?

Author’s note: This is a very personal project for several reasons. First, I’ve dreamed of writing and illustrating children’s books since I was six or seven years old. Second, my own kids often sat in my lap while I worked on these pictures. And third, I strongly relate to this squirrel. I spent too much of my life chasing what I thought was important while missing the people right in front of me.
